I found Kristin on Healthcare.gov, a local agent who took a lot of stress off my back.  I was having problems understanding what I was needing and doing.  The whole process was so hard and I didn't know where to turn, until I found her.  Kristin was able to walk me through the whole enrollment process, start to finish.  She also explained my options and gave me coverages that I felt really good with, especially if something major may come up and making sure my medications were covered.  She made the whole process so easy and was so sweet the whole way through.  I since have called her several times with questions, all that were answered quickly and perfectly.  I hope she does this forever because I know I'll need her once I get to be on Medicare.  She's the best and since have recommended her to several of my friends and family members.  They all have the same great things to stay about Kristin, so she's consistant everytime she helps someone.
